A website design for a restaurant, built to capture the dining experience before guests arrive.
The brief: restaurant websites fail in predictable ways. The menu is a PDF. The photos are dark. The reservation link is buried. The whole thing is unusable on a phone — which is where nearly every restaurant search happens.
We designed against each of those. Rich, appetite-driven imagery leads, with an elegant menu laid out in clean HTML that reads instantly on any screen. Reservations sit prominently throughout, since a restaurant website converts on exactly one action. Location, hours and contact details are immediate rather than hidden in a footer.
The design carries the atmosphere of the room — the palette, the type, and the pacing all set an expectation the meal can live up to. Fully responsive and fast, because the person deciding where to eat tonight is not waiting for a slow site to load.
